Our Founding team have over 60 years combined experience and we are working with key opinion leaders around the world to ensure we answer the most pressing unmet clinical needs.

The unmet clinical needs being pursued by NUA Surgical were identified during the BioInnovate Ireland Fellowship. Validated by clinicians around the globe, our innovative solutions are designed with all key stakeholders in mind. Our inaugural surgical device is the SteriCISION C-Section Retractor, tackling multiple unmet needs of obstetricians and their assistants.
We are Making C-Sections a Safer Surgery!
There are many challenges facing obstetricians when performing a caesarean delivery, especially when operating on high BMI patients. The safety of mother and baby are of utmost importance. Our patented disposable C-Section Retractor is designed to improve the ergonomics of the surgery and reduce the risk factors leading to surgical complications, ultimately making C-Sections a safer surgery.
